Hyattsville, MD (November 1, 2022) – John has joined CMT Services, Inc. (CMT) as the Strategic Growth Officer. According to Ms. Annette Johnson, CMT’s President and CEO, John’s experience in government contracting is multi-faceted and covers Project/Program Manager, Operations, Business Development, and ownership of various types of small businesses. His expansive network in DoD, Federal Agencies, and State and local agencies is value-added to the business objectives and goals of CMT Services. As a Strategic Growth Officer John will create and execute the strategic approach to increase CMT’s footprint in the Federal and Commercial space and enhance our footprint at the State and local level.
Ms. Johnson stated, “CMT is excited about the energy that John brings to our team. Over 26 years of military experience in senior military assignments positions him to communicate our goals and objectives to all types of clients but more importantly adds to the culture of CMT’s Headquarters personnel. He has critical past experience in leading DoD Mentor/Protege programs at the corporate level and providing operational direction for various types of small businesses”. John has assisted past clients in executing straegies that resulting in capturing work in Federal agencies such as TSA, GSA, DC National Guard, DIA, and countless other agencies. Ms. Johnson states that “another key attribute John brings is his past experience as a CEO for his own small business. This experience is value-added to me in the execution of my duties as the leader of CMT Services”.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration and his Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development degrees from National Louis University in Illionis. Additionally, he completed his PMP Certification in 2006
