What We Promise
CMT’s Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is a performance-based plan and sets the procedures and guidelines CMT will use in self-evaluating the technical performance of our contracts. The purpose of the QAP is to describe the systematic methods used to measure performance, and to identify the reports required and the resources to be employed. This QAP is designed to define roles and responsibilities, identify the quality objectives, define the methodologies used to monitor and elevate CMT’s performance, outline quality control reporting, and describe the analysis of quality control results.
